How To Order?
Ordering a Frame-A-Card is easy and fast, simply follow these steps below.
- Browse our website by visiting the Card Shop page.
- You have the option of viewing all the cards available or selecting a category at the top of the page.
- Once you see a card you like you can click on it for a closer look
- If you would like to purchase this card;
The select box shows the Frame-a-Card option first, you can optionally select the digital photo only.
type the quantity in the box provided then click the "Add to Cart" button. - Now click the "Continue Shopping" button.
- After you have added all the cards you would like to purchase click the "Check Out" button at the top of the screen.
- Review your order and click the "Check Out" button.
- Now you will be asked to enter your name, email and shipping details.
- Click the "Proceed" button
- You will now be taken to PayPal to pay for your order. You DO NOT need to be a PayPal member to use your credit card.
- Once you have entered your Credit Card details you will be returned to the Frame-A-Card website.
- Your order will now be processed and you will receive it in the mail within 7 working days.
Is your site a secure website for payment?
Frame-A-Card will always handle your personal information professionally, safely and responsibly. Our website is safe to purchase online and has a secure shopping cart.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via paypal, visa and mastercard. All prices are in Australian dollars.
How much is postage?
We charge $6.50 for Australia wide postage, this is for up to 10 Frame-A-Cards. Digital photos sold on this website do not have a shipping charge.
What is the minimum order?
3 Frame-A-Cards is the minimum order accepted.
There is no limit on digital photo orders.
Do you post internationally?
We currently do not offer international postage on Frame-A-Cards at this stage.
Digital photos can be purchased and emailed internationally.
How can I use the Digital Photos I purchase?
The photos sold on this website are Royalty Free, this means is that you pay a one time fee for a photo and you can use it for as many times as you want for as long as you wish. You are only purchasing the right to use the photo not the photo itself. All photos are property of Hellen Jane.
You MAY use the photograph:
- In printed promotional materials, magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, CD/DVD covers, etc.
- In an Editorial context, i.e. using the photograph using the photograph to explain, illustrate, comment on or graphically design the text within text-based publications
- In digital format on websites, multimedia presentations, broadcast film and video, mobile/cell phones.
- Along with your corporate identity on stationery, business cards, letterhead, etc.
- To decorate your home, office or any public place.
Images can be modified to fit your requirements, however, they will still be subject to this license regardless of the extent of the modification. The work created with the photo must be used by yourself.
You MUST NOT use a photograph:
- As part of a trademark, service mark or logo.
- In website templates that you intend to sell or distribute.
- For creating printed reproductions that you intend to sell.
- On 'print on demand' items such as t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, mugs (e.g. on sites like Cafepress).
- For pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimise other people, societies, cultures.
- In a way that can give a bad name to Hellen Jane.
Unauthorised distribution
- Selling and redistribution of the image (individually or along with other images) is strictly forbidden.
- Do not pass the image on to a third party.
- You may not redistirbute any of our images, modified or unmodified, on any medium and offer them for redistribution or resale in a fashion that would violate this license.
- Downloading a photo does not transfer the ownership of the photo to the downloader and you must not claim that it is yours. Your license is non-transferable, which means that you are not allowed to sell, rent, give, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Image or the right to use the image to anyone else.
